1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items that are damaged, altered, or not in original condition may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or custom-made products may not be eligible for return.
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, instructions for pickup or return shipping will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method as agreed upon with the customer.

Refunds will be initiated once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.
5. Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or product, subject to availability.
