Return and Refund Policy

At Amira Label, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in line with the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in original condition may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or custom-made products may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

  • Once your return request is approved, instructions for pickup or return shipping will be provided.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method as agreed upon with the customer.

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.

5. Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or product, subject to availability.

  • If the desired product is not available, a refund will be issued in line with the refund process.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
